DELIVERY TIMES
Denmark: 1–2 business days with GLS.
Other EU countries: 1–5 business days with GLS.

SHIPPING COST
To a GLS ParcelShop in Denmark: 43 DKK.
Other EU countries: Shipping costs vary depending on the destination. The exact price will be shown at checkout.
RETURNS
At KT Allure, you always have a 14-day return policy. Exchanges are also accepted within this period.
Please note: Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if the item’s condition has been compromised due to:
- The item being used
- Noticeable scent of smoke
- Presence of visible marks/ stains
- The item not being returned in its original packaging
You are free to choose the courier for your return.
However, the package MUST be delivered directly to the following address:

REFUNDS
We will process your return order as soon as it arrives at our location.Typically, refunds take 1–10 business days from the date we initiate the transaction. In rare cases, it may take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. If you paid with a MasterCard, the transaction might appear on your statement within the current month +1 month.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email when your order is packed, including a tracking number to follow your shipment.
If you cannot find your tracking number, feel free to email us so we can assist you.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
If you fail to collect your package within the designated pick-up period, it will be returned to us.
To have the package sent again, you must pay for the shipping costs once more.
Please note that it is your responsibility to track the shipment and collect the package—even if you have not received a separate notification.
